It could be a problem of the script not being able to get information from the database. I had same problem. You need to change certain information in the script so that it retrieves the correct data from the database. If you don't know where and what to edit, just reply and I'll try to help you!
Yeah, please help me with this, and dont know how fix it :/
the first error is when I write /mdt for the first time and the second when I click on a name.

You must have also received a MySQL file with the MDT script. Did you insert it correctly into the database?
I reinstalled it and it works now, but I don't see the phone number...... (could it be that I don't have a mobile phone on the server?)
but this error is still there....
And i dont see fines.....
